The Texas Online Drivers Education online course is authorized and approved by the Texas DPS as course #108. Taking this online course takes the headache out of the Drivers Ed process. It's much more manageable than the old course 101 and much more beneficial to the student as well.
The 101 course created a mess in that the student and parent teaching them has to spread out the entire program papers all over the table and maintain daily forms, dates, times, actions, etc and really caused the program to be much harder than it actually has to be.
This course will allow the student to do their part (classroom portion) on their own with little parental involvement. The system manages all the dates, times, and entries for you so you don't have to. Parents and students alike have praised this online course for making it easier to manage, more educational and full all at the same time. Much of the course is video and animation enhanced to provide better illustration of real life driving scenarios and it covers the full topics of Texas TEA requirements and the Texas Transportation Code.
Texas DE students in larger metroplexes such as Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Fort Worth, El Paso, Arlington, Lubbock, Corpus Christi no longer have to find locations of Drivers Education School or class and have their parent drive them across the city to a Driver's ED classroom everyday when all that part is done right here, in the comfort of home or anywhere there's a computer!
